Ms Sahana Sarma is an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company. She has extensive experience in enterprise software and services related to telecom and infrastructure. She has led development of growth strategy for leading telecom software providers including detailed identification and assessment of potential markets and supporting internal actions, acquisitions, and partnerships required. In addition she has designed organization, sales process, and compensation for the services unit of a leading enterprise infrastructure software provider and worked with sales regions to ensure success.

Ms Sahana has an MBA from Harvard Business School. She also has a Master of Engineering degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA and a Bachelor of Science degree from the same Institute.

She will assist TIC LLC, wherever possible in their IT assignments.
